Correction on Canadian Pig Slaughter

I flubbed a basic point in yesterday’s post about the Canadian pig slaughter. The people behind this slaughter have pledged to donate “up to” 25 percent of the meat to food banks. Of course, “up to” could mean whatever they want it to mean.
