I’ve decided to nag y’all about a few important things.
First, are you getting your B-12 and Omega 3′s, each and every day? If not, you’re putting your health at risk. And there’s nothing that would make the meat industry happier than to report about sickly vegans. So if you’re one of those people who shuffles their feet and has a guilty look when the subject of B-12 and Omega 3′s comes up, please give the daily recommendations of Jack Norris, RD, a read. Link.
Next, my logs tell me that something like five percent of Vegan.com visitors visit more than a hundred times a month! Lookit, visiting a website to see if it’s been updated is soooo 2002. I hardly use my web browser anymore — I frequent all my favorite sites through a feed reader. And if I could convince a luddite like Dan Piraro to offer feeds, surely you can take a few minutes to take a feed reader for a spin? It’ll change your life, really. Here’s a great reader for Macs, and here’s one for Windows. They’re both free.
And finally, you’ve no doubt noticed that Vegan.com has been improving by leaps and bounds. Some of this has been made possible by software I’ve purchased. I could really use your help in paying down this software investment. $167.50 may not sound like much money, but it is to me, and I could use your help. Click the Amazon donation button at right and let’s see how fast I can get this software paid for. I’ve set a goal of $167.50, with a handy bar chart to indicate donations toward this goal. Chipping in even a few bucks will send me the message that you like what I’ve been doing and want to see more of it.
