Maybe the coolest thing about Quinoa is that it can have a pearly luminescence that you’ll never see in rice. Plus, it’s a great environmental choice, as it requires only a fraction of the water that rice needs to grow. And, on an unrelated matter: I’ll know I’ve made it in life when my tablecloth matches my plates.
