Cake is so horribly overrated. I remember eating non-vegan cake back in the day and being surprised at how often it sucked. But this cake is another matter entirely — it might be the most delicious looking cake I’ve ever seen. Add in the fact that it’s chocolate espresso with raspberry filling and I doubt a marriage could get off to a better start — congratulations to the lucky couple!
