Plums and Blackberries

As many of you know, this past week I completed the move to the mountains above Santa Cruz, California. There’s a plum tree in my backyard and blackberry bushes everywhere you look. I’ve really got to get a better camera, as I’m still stuck with a low end 2 megapixel. But this photo nevertheless perfectly captures the wonderful hues of the plums. This was a nice simple light breakfast, and perhaps healthier than anything McDonald’s offers.
