Crispy tempeh with sweet mustard sauce, sautéed bok choy, all american grain pilaf, and slow cooked kabocha.

If you’ve never eaten kabocha (upper left corner), it’s probably the ugliest and most intimidating winter squash, but it’s also likely the tastiest.
