Vegan Chili

Canned Amy’s vegetarian chili, with a couple chopped green peppers and a chopped tomato. The tomatoes and peppers are veganic and from this week’s CSA box. Served over organic basmati rice with a bottle of Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale. The whole thing took me twenty minutes to make and, beer included, cost under five dollars.
