
When it comes to flavor, I no longer hold any biases against raw foods. But I’ve got to say, this photo — courtesy of the Utopian Kitchen blog — still knocks my socks off. It’s probably the most delicious-looking raw food dessert photo I’ve ever seen. The recipe comes from the newly-published Sweet Gratitude
cookbook, which looks like a must-have for the holidays. It wasn’t so long ago that I thought it would be impossible to make a vegan dessert look this good, let along a live-food dessert.
