How Will Obama Change U.S. Food Policy?

The New York Times has a first-rate article on what we can legitimately expect from Obama’s food policies. Reading between the lines, I think it’s fair to say we shouldn’t expect the moon and the stars, but we can anticipate an unprecedented amount of positive change. Link.
