NY Times: Peanut Plant Knowingly Shipped Contaminated Product

Breaking news just published a few minutes ago by the Times. The article indicates that officials at the Peanut Corporation of America had received positive test results indicating contamination, yet they allowed their product to ship anyway. Last I checked, six deaths are associated with this salmonella outbreak. It’s going to be interesting to see what criminal charges, if any, will be filed against company officials. Link.
