Two Cookbook Reviews and a Recipe

The Associated Press has just put out a review of two brand new vegan cookbooks: Donna Klein’s The Tropical Vegan Kitchen and Nava Atlas’ Vegan Soups and Hearty Stews for All Seasons. I wish the writer offered up more details about the Klein book, but he does have include a slightly modified version of Atlas’ Macaroni & “Cheese” Soup. Link.
