Via BoingBoing. I know you’re expecting me to write some trenchant commentary on the animal rights side of this issue. But, as somebody who’s done the inner-city thing and lived within earshot of roosters, permit me to state the obvious: anyone who would bring a bunch of crowing roosters into an already-noisy, densely populated urban environment is a dickhead of biblical proportions.
Since this story pushes too many of my buttons for me to write a passably good analysis, here’s a great comment left by a boingboing reader:
