Mother Jones has a new interview with Michael Pollan. Worth reading and frustrating at the same time. The guy can’t ever seem to comment on vegetarianism without subtly marginalizing people who don’t eat animals.
I try not to lose sight of the fact that he’s perhaps doing more than anyone else to push people away from meat-heavy eating. But sometimes he really pisses me off. (Thanks, Erin). Link.
