I’ve written this before, but it’s turning out that most multivitamins contain levels of Vitamin D that are lower than ideal. The vegan brand I buy contains only about 40 percent of the Vitamin D I’d like to take. You might therefore consider taking a Vitamin D supplement, even if you already take a multivitamin.
