Someday I’ll write a book on how much I dislike button mushrooms. But, incredibly, I suppose there are people who feel differently. I’d never seen a mushroom-based curry before, and I have to admit it’s a great photo. So if ‘shrooms are your cup of tea, here’s the recipe.
