UK’s Farming Minister a Vegetarian

June 12, 2009

Jim Fitzpatrick, the UK’s new Farming Minister — the guy responsible for overseeing a turnaround in Britain’s declining meat industry — is a vegetarian who opposes hunting. And if that’s not enough, consider this: Fitzpatrick’s boss, Hilary Benn, is a vegetarian as well.
