Mexican Side Street Corn

I’ve never thought of doing something like this with corn — it’s got a cashew-based spread, plus a dusting of either chili powder or paprika. It looks like the corn was boiled or nuked — I think broiling would have made this even more appealing. Still, a fantastic idea.
