Bacon flu has established a foothold in India, and the New York Times has an interesting summary of the country’s response. One crazy little detail that I’ve never previously seen mentioned: they’re saying that each bacon flu test costs a whopping $208. That seems like a staggeringly high price, and I’m wondering if each of the thousands of tests done in America have cost that much. If so, who’s picking up the tab? Link.
