Beef giant Cargill has just been sued for $100 million by a 22 year old E. Coli victim. The woman, a former dancer, can no longer walk and has so far spent $2 million on hospital bills.
It won’t take too many $100 million lawsuits to convince the meat industry to take food safety much more seriously. Link.
