Never send to know for whom the bell tolls: Taco Bell founder Glen W. Bell Jr. has left this earthly plane to spend eternity hanging out with Ray Kroc and Harlan Sanders. Back in my meat-eating early teens, I considered Enchiritos to be the pinnacle of Mexican cuisine—and the mark of a first-rate Taco Bell. But that was in the days when Enchiritos were prepared in an aluminum dish with a corn flour tortilla and olives. Link.
