For a guy who is brand new to being vegan, The Oregonian’s Grant Butler sure is rounding up a lot of useful information. His skills as a professional reporter are clearly paying off as he explores the vegan lifestyle.
Continuing his wonderful month-long series on vegan living, Butler devoted yesterday’s piece to the vegan goodies available at Trader Joe’s. I’ve previously featured the company’s miraculous six-page PDF of every vegan item they carry; it’s endlessly cool that a major grocery chain offers such a list—and keeps it updated.
And, while Trader Joe’s still has several vegan items in unmarked legacy packaging, every new vegan house-label item they introduce bears a vegan seal. Link.
