Big Beef Recall Becomes Huge

Huntington Meat Packing just expanded an already massive 864,000 pound beef recall initiated on January 18th by another 4.9 million pounds. The USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service has determined the meat in question was produced under unsanitary conditions, and a criminal probe is in progress. Link.
