Wyoming Set to Open Huge Food Safety Loophole

When it comes to food safety, Wyoming lawmakers aren’t about to tolerate any of that pesky nanny state interference. The legislature there appears ready to pass House Bill 54, which would remove all licensing and inspection requirements when farmers sell food directly to consumers.
