Georgia Moves Toward Stronger Food Safety Penalties

Georgia’s House just passed a bill that would make it a felony to knowingly distribute contaminated food. It’s insane that there’s apparently not a harsh federal law of this kind already on the books. (Via Starkman.) Link.
