The Hump, the Santa Monica restaurant nailed this month for illegally serving whale meat, went out of business yesterday. I’ve got to say that I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen such a sincere and heartfelt apology as the one they’ve posted to their website.
Of course, nothing inspires a sincere and heartfelt apology like the prospect of spending a year at a federal penitentiary. Link.
