I rarely do public speaking anymore, but I’ll be in DC in April for a few events. The first one will be hosted by two of my favorite veggie groups: Compassion Over Killing, and the Vegetarian Society of DC:
Sunday, April 11 (Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library)
WHERE: Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, Room A-5, at 901 G St. in NW, DC
METRO: Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro station on the red, yellow, and green lines
WHEN: 3:00 p.m.
While I’m in town, I’ll also do a couple of university events:
Monday, April 12 at University of Maryland
WHERE: Multipurpose room in Nyumburu, University Of Maryland in College Park, Maryland
METRO: College Park-U of MD Metro station on the green line
WHEN: 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 13 for American University
WHERE: American University at 4400 Massachusetts Ave. in NW, DC
METRO: Tenleytown-AU Metro station on the red line
WHEN: 7:00 p.m.
If you’re in the greater DC area, I hope you’ll make it out to say hello. It’s been years since I’ve spoken in DC, and it’ll probably be ages before I return.
