Animal Ag Back on Hook for Climate Change

Last month, I blogged about some misleading statements made by UC Davis Professor Frank Mitloehner on climate change. Funded by the beef industry, Mitloehner has refuted some highly regarded research that indicates animal agribusiness is a leading producer greenhouse gases.
