A Tough Season for Matadors

A few weeks ago, Jose Tomas suffered this horrific goring, losing eight liters of blood. Not to be outdone, this past Saturday fellow matador Julio Aparicio was gored in the throat. You absolutely, positively don’t want to see the photo; it pretty much is the essence of the phrase, “worst case scenario.”
