McDonald’s has just pulled 12 million “Shrek” glasses from distribution because the paint is contaminated with cadmium. The chain is asking people who’ve already received the glasses to stop using them, “out of an abundance of caution.”
Given the health hazards associated with its menu offerings, why would anyone operating out of an abundance of caution have patronized a McDonald’s in the first place? (Thanks, Molly.) Link.
