Pork Board Dumps “The Other White Meat” Tagline

It’s the end of an era—an era that royally sucked. The National Pork Board plans to de-emphasize its old and clunky “The Other White Meat” tagline. Why? Because pork sales have been flat for decades.

So is the pork industry making a mistake by yanking their universally-known tagline? The article quotes a bunch of advertising douche bags, all contradicting one another, and each with their firmly held, unprovable opinions.

In any case, the decision to move forward with something else is a done deal. Can’t wait to see what they come up with as a replacement. Link.
