This is damned impressive, especially considering it was prepared by a seafood restaurant (Ray’s Boathouse in Seattle.) I guess Ray got the Ezra Klein memo about grilled vegetable plates.
Props to this establishment for making an honest and serious effort to please their vegan customers.
