Arsenic in Eggs

July 6, 2010

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that the Utah Health Department has found that, “…arsenic from feed is winding up in eggs and the people who eat them.”

It’s not as if the arsenic is being added to chicken feed by accident.

Egg eaters who don’t care about cruelty to battery hens may well care about this. (Thanks, Jaslyn.) Link.
