San Francisco Chronicle’s Vegetarian Thanksgiving

The San Francisco Chronicle just published a 21-recipe slideshow devoted to vegetarian Thanksgiving dishes. About half the recipes contain those cursed bovine mammary secretions, but this slideshow is nevertheless an indication that turkey’s role in Thanksgiving diminishes with every passing year. Link.
