Looks like Jessica Simpson is the newest vegan celebrity. She’s been a favorite of mine ever since her relationship with Tony Romo apparently jinxed the Dallas Cowboys’ 2007 playoff run.
Simpson’s come a long way, given that less than three years ago she was photographed wearing a “Real Girls Eat Meat” T-shirt. Link.
