Dan Imhoff on Factory Farms

CivilEats.com has a good write-up on factory farms by CAFO Reader editor Dan Imhoff.

Nothing new here for regular readers of this blog, but Imhoff’s piece offers a great introduction to people who are just learning about the issue.
