Farmers never lack for chutzpah when it comes to lying about the quality of care their animals receive. This video demonstrates that the only way factory farming can look good is if you turn it into a cartoon. Shamefully deceptive stuff on display here, paid for by the Ohio Pork Producer’s Council and the USDA-enforced Pork Checkoff program.
Interesting that they’re now calling themselves “Ohio Bacon Farmers”—an obvious attempt to divert as much attention as possible from the animals being raised and slaughtered.
When you talk about veganism and animal welfare, always keep it simple: this is an industry that abuses every animal it comes into contact with, and then blatantly lies about this abuse. (Thanks, Cody.) Link.
