Until today, I’d never heard of a pizzelle, and no entry appeared in my Mac’s usually excellent New Oxford American Dictionary. Luckily, Wikipedia came to the rescue. Pizzelles are a waffle-style italian cookie normally made with eggs and butter (boo!). But these are vegan (yay!), and look incredible.
